We actually had a sort of free three day weekend for Labor day and got to take the kids to the beach. They loved to play in the sand. The water was really chilly, but after doing "sand angels" the girls had to brave the cold water to wash all the sand out of their swimsuits. Trevor got into making a sand castle with Anna, but Trey was having too much fun wrecking it. We finished off the day with a fun BBQ with some friends at the park. I sure am going to miss this Colorado weather.
